Les archives de trames canadiennes françaises anciennes fin 1940 présentées par Cédric Dind-Lavoie (https://cornedebrume.bandcamp.com/album/archives-c-dric-dind-lavoie) m'ont mis l'eau à la bouche pour ouïr du bon trad queb de l'ici et maintenant. Genticorum nous présentent un album 2023 décoré de turlutes, de podorythmies, de chants en coeur et d'harmonies acoustiques. Dystopia was my introduction to Talisk when the live version of it was out on youtube. Between the energy and life not just by the music itself, but the people playing it being so engrained into the songs themselves, Talisk has become a foot-stomper, and an absolute jam of a band to put on full volume.
